ASIAIR plus license or QR code

Hi I can’t connect to my new ASIAIR plus need a license or QR code. I scanned the QR code on the box that didn’t work and followed the instructions to connect still nothing. I have a spare ASIAIR pro and that fine connects and runs all my equipment. Dang I spent 300 on this and I can’t connect 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

One more thing the sys light blinks a few times when I turn on the ASIAIR plus on after a few seconds the sys light is not lit and stays out.
