I am not able to get my new ASIAIR Plus to recognize my Canon EOS RP. It says that the EOS RP has been tested. Does anyone have any insight, advice or post they can point me to for help? Thanks! Harry
Update - I purchased a second ZWO USB 2.0 C cable and now my camera is recognized. It appears as "Canon R2" in my Main Camera dropdown. Seems like the unit is very sensitive to different cables. I still have a long ways to go but getting the camera to be recognized is a big first step. Thanks Harry
