ASIAIR Pro, one bad USB3 port

ASIAIR Pro, one USB3 port is not working. Noticed after the latest App/FW update the top USB3 port on my ASIAIR Pro no longer works. The lower USB3 port works fine. Tried different cables to the camera and different flash thumb drives. Top USB3 port does not recognize any devices, bottom USB3 port works fine. I guess I will be contacting my dealer for a warranty return. Only had this ASIAIR Pro a few months, not too impressed with the reliability.

Hello there. Has anyone had issues with the USB3 ports on the ASIAIR Pro not reliably making connections ?
I noticed the USB3 port I usually plug in the thumb drive no longer makes a connection. The other USB3 port works fine. Any help would be appreciated or do I need to send my ASIAIR Pro back to ZWO for warranty service. Thanks in advance.

This is old post but I have a USB 2 port bad you can replace with a PI4B 4or 8Gb. Write a service order to change License to new board.

Same issue, ASIAir+ USB3 furthest from the circuit board they're mounted on is bad (it's a double stack module). I'm out of warranty tho. I strapped a small 7 port USB3 hub to the Air+ on the remaining USB3, powered from one of the Air+ 12v ports.
