I assume you mean altitude and azimuth. Latitude and longitude are used for the position of your mount on the earth’s surface. I use the ASIAir Pro with an iOptron AZ Mount Pro. It works very well. But you don’t typically enter alt-az coordinates. Instead, you use the ASIAir go-to and plate solving to center an object.
