Stacking Asiair plus images in Siril

Hi there, I have just begun using my Asiair with a 183MC camera and the images look great and stack well in Siril, but I am having a problem getting it to recognise the flats, darks and biases I have shot in the same session. The scripts crash saying that the images are a different size and this seems to be due to the calibration frame coming off the device as single channel compared to the lights which it recognises as 3 channels. Any ideas how to sort this?

erictheviking in your sub-directories (biases/flats/lights/darks) do you have a mixture of .fit and .jpg files? If so - remove the .jpg files.

I had problems using OSC calibration frames produced in autorun and plan modes in ASIStudio deep stacker. The problem seemed to be related to the imagetype in the fits header. Creating the frames in preview mode worked, I think because they have an imagetype set to light.
