Hello, is it possible to copy the plans from the Asiair plus to the PC and work/prepare this offline and load it back up again? I do not find any files for the plan on the storage media of the Asiair when connected to the computer.
hurtel unless ZWO plan to release a PC based planning tool I'd say no chance. The plan is stored as a JSON format file in a place that ZWO don't want you to mess with. Get a bracket or a comma in the wrong place and it will not load. JSON is worse than XML for readability. You can of course create the plan from the mobile app ahead of time as long as you have the mount and camera connected - maybe that's something ZWO would be willing to change.
franco thanks. That's what I am doing right now. I just hoped to have some more comfortable way and some copy paste short cuts :-)
hurtel you can cut and paste CSV data from telescopius so extending that functionality to include start times and exposures etc might not be that difficult for zwo to implement.
