Faulty USB ports ASI533MC

Hi there,

I purchased the ZWO533MC on the 10th November 2020 and it has started to have an issue just now with the two usb ports on the back of the camera not working.

I normally power my guide camera (ZWO120MC) with the 533 using the cables that came with the guide camera and this all worked fine up until just recently. I have checked and changed the cables and they are fine as I am able to power the guide camera by plugging it directly into the ZWO ASIAIR PRO.

Any idea what's going on?
