Hi - I've been having memory problems on a Raspberry Pi 4 4GB running 64 bit Ubuntu Mate 20.04.
I have two ZWO cameras - an ASI 1600MC Pro and an ASI 120MM-S and an EAF.
There appear to be memory leaks for both the camera and the EAF X2 plugins. When I run a test with the camera taking images every 30s and the guider every 3, the memory used by TSX increases from about 850mb to 1.3GB over about 1 hour.
I changed the cameras to the Software Bisque Simulators, though still connected to the EAF, and was surprised that this effect was still there. However, the effect disappeared when I used the simulator for the focuser too.
Finally, I ran the same test with the ZWO cameras selected but the SB simulator selected for the focuser. The memory continued also increased with this configuration.
I don't know if there is a common library used for both that might be the cause?
Either way, I can't currently run my imaging for more than a couple of hours without getting a memory error.
Could you take a look and see if you can replicate this?
