ASIAIR plus connection to Celestron avx mount

Hello everyone. Could someone please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? I connected asiair plus from the gigabit eternhet port to the eternet aux port of the avx mount and also on the aux 1 and aux 2 ports and when in the app, I select the mount on the mount window, this message continues to appear. My AVX is working super. GOTO is perfect, but I am getting no guiding. I read and article that said the ST4 has to be connected to the mount, is that true? Please help.

My rig: Explore Scientific ED 102, Guide scope 60mm helical focus, main camera ASI294MC Pro, guide camera
AVX will not guide.
ASI120MM, mount Celestron AVX, ASIair Pro, EAF.
Everything is connected properly. Focus works, Polar Alignment works, GOTO works, Guiding does not work. I have the mount connected to the ASIair Pro via the USB on the mount paddle. UI shows guiding but mount does not move. Does the ST4 on the camera have to be connected to the mount as well as the connection to the ASIair Pro?

User connect the hand controller to the ASIair and then guide camera to to ASI air. You shouldn't have to use ST4
