2600MM inconsistent download

I am using the 2600MM on windows 10. Exposures work sometimes and fail other times when using ASI Studio.

I have tried changing PC ports and cables.

How do I troubleshoot?

Update to the latest version ASIStudio and native driver. https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software-drivers
Test it with different cables, ports, computers, and 12V power supplies(must connect the 12V power supply if it is a cooled camera)
Make sure don't have multiple software running the camera at the same time
If posssible, please refer to this guide to catch the log and send to us, we will analyze it. thank you
