According to the website, the ASI120 models support ROI as does the ASI130. The ASI030 and ASI035 do not. But these last two cameras do offer different resolution images.
How is that done without ROI support? Is the image exactly the same field of view for each resolution, but down-sampled?

all ASI Camera model support ROI.
There is just a limit that the width*height must be integer multiple of 1024
