Totally white images

My Zwo Asi294mc pro camera was working fine when it had the following problem: Long exposure photos with high gain started to go completely white.

For example, I can no longer take pictures with 300 seconds of exposure and 250 of gain. Before, I was able to do this without any problems.

I have verified that the problem happens in all programs, including APT, ASIImg and ASICap. I bought the camera in September last year and I really need your help. How should I proceed?

Have you changed anything recently? New lens or scope, different sky conditions, or changed the offset setting? Are your 300 second darks at 250 gain also completely white?
