I have spent the better part of my evening trying to get the camera to open/install on my new HP Win 8 machine. I even restored the computer to its factory settings thinking it s my fault. I meticulously followed the installation instructions for the driver, both from the disk and from your website. After installation I plug in the camera, look at the device manager and see a caution sign on the device icon. The message reads, "The device cannot start. (Code 10). Insufficient system resources to complete the API."
If I open the ASI120mm Camera shortcut on the desktop, I select the ASI camera and the message is, "Error during capture, disk possibly full."
I have tried the normal install for Win 8, a Win 7 compatibility install, and a right click Run as Administrator. Some assistance would be appreciated.
