ASI 6200 or related Tilt Plate Screw size for precise flattening

I have to very carefully flatten my field and the spacers I use with my Stellarvue, even the best, are 0.4mm or 400 microns. The critical focus zone (CFZ) is 100 microns. I realize that I can fine tune the focus by moving all three screws up or down at the same time. Anyone know what the screw sizes are so I can calculate a rough estimate of how much I need to turn?

Answered my own question with a search: The main screw is M2.56 and the inner/fixation screws are M2.58... 6 and 8 mm long.

The M2.5 pitch is 0.45mm, so one turn gets me 0.225 mm in or out... this is just the number I needed. I have to split a 0.4 spacing need in half.
