I've got a brand new ASIair pro, a Celestron edge hd 8 on an AV mount and a zoo as1294MC pro camera.
In the asiair app I cannot connect the mount. In the mount settings, sliding the switcht to the right, I constantly get the messages " The mount must be turned on at Zero position and did the One star align, FW of Nester C should be the newest" > click on Done > Connect Failed. The device on the usb serial port is not recognized, unable to connect. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!
