I have a asi294mc pro and have reached out twice for they said the same thing change cables use a different platform in wich I have but no image and hasent worked since i purchased it from starzona ZWO has not replied I purchased another camera the 2600mm and it works properly who do you send the camera to get fixed and now a year later im asking the question

davidsphotoworld Could you attach a screenshot to show us the fps that you test in ASICap?
And if you purchase the camera from the dealer, we recommend you contact the dealer first because they sold the products to you, they have to provide after-sales service.
