I have a Celestron Nexstar 8GPS, on a wedge, and have this week bought the AsiAir. Works fine with the ASI EAF, cameras etc. However, when I connect using the usb/rs232 cable to the mount, which I have beforehand aligned, although the mount shows as connected, any goto command freezes the app and I have to force quit. It's the same cable that has successfully controlled the mount from Stellarium. Can anyone point me towards a solution, or perhaps it's just not possible with my elderly but otherwise in perfect condition (2003) GPS mount.
