When I turn on the power to my ASI6200MM, the cooler fan starts running right away. As soon as I turn the ASIAIR on as well and it connects to the camera, the fan is switched off. Thats normal old behaviour and OK for me.
What is new now (Version 1.8.3, Firmware 9.12) is that after a few seconds the cooler is turned on again. Also, when I switch it off in the ASIAIR, it is turned on again automatically after a few minutes. Is this a bug of a feature ? Sometimes its annoying, for example during test runs, when no cooler is necessary. Sometimes its also a good think since in the past I occasionally forgot to turn the cooler on and vasted valuable observing time.
