ASI294MM Pro Light Leak

Hello,
I purchased an ASI294MM Pro three months ago and have had a light leak since purchase. I wanted to see if there's anything that can be done. The leak is VERY obvious when taking darks. In fact I can't take darks unless I take them in the house with all the lights off.
I am including a picture of three darks taken, before sunup this morning (left pic), after sunup (center pic), and with the lights on (right pic). All three were permanently stretched using STF.
The camera was off the scope. All temps, gain etc. were the same. Lens cover was on the camera, and the camera was face-down on a dark sheet. The camera was not covered, or blocked which would have caused overheating.
If there's something that can be done to correct this I would like to know what that is.

LightLeak This is amp-glow and it's normal for CMOS sensors. You can refer to this article

Hi, the amp glow is clearly visible in the upper right, on the image to the left. Amp glow is almost always concentrated in one area due to it's nature. Amp glow does not saturate an entire image.

I have posted a large amount of details on the site, and have received multiple users giving specific detailed information. This IS not amp glow.
Is there someone else at your site that can assist?

What are you using to cap off the camera? Remember that the ASI294MM uses an anti-reflection coating glass instead of an IR-Cut window. If you are using a plastic or rubber camera cap, it might be letting IR through even though they look opaque to the visible spectrum. If you are taking the dark frames at room temperature, it is also worth placing the camera inside a refrigerator to see if a cap at room temperature is illuminating the sensor.

LightLeak Sorry I misunderstood your problem.
How did you cover the camera? if only face-down on a dark sheet, it is not enough.
Did you try a metal cap?

Hi,
Sorry if I came off frustrated, but I thought ZWO support was going to do the same thing they did when I had a disconnecting problem between my ASIAir Plus and CEM70, and that was ignore the problem till I resolved the issue myself. You are trying to help, and I do appreciate that. 😄
I am able to take darks in the house with all the lights off, and I don't think a light leak effects lights or flats so I'll not pursue this request any further. (Does a light leak effect flats or lights?)
