Zwo Asi 294MM-Pro

Hello i use buy a new asi 294MM-pro camera
but it doesn't work when I connect the camera to the asiair pro or my pc the camera is not seen also not in my device list on pc

I have already used another usb 3 cable but that doesn't work either
My pc have the newste zwo drivers and asiair pro the last update
my asi 174mm and Asi 183Mc -pro camera are working when I connect then to my pc or asiair pro

nico did you also connect a power supply to the 12V port? The camera can not be powered by the USB-3 port alone.

Please try this:

Update to the latest version ASIStudio and native driver. https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software-drivers
Test it with different cables, ports, computers, and 12V power supplies
Check whether hear the connection sound and is there a new device appeared in the device manager, maybe the name is wrong or with an error code.

I have the same problem with my Plus and 294 C.
I also have the Pro which works fine PROVIDED the camera is connected by a USB 2 cable as it has been for a year. Wonder if the whole issue is the new app update? Even the Pro doesn't like the usb 3 connection
