If mounted on a wedge can a Meade LX 200 operate using ASIAIR pro? Also can EAF be used? The LX 200 may be from the 1990’s. Thanks, Dano
I use a LX 200 10" GPS successfully with a wedge. You MUST use a serial adapter though, like a Keyspan USA-19HS USB to serial adapter. I think the EAF is difficult to use because of mirror flop inherent with the Meade.

Yes, the ASIAIR Pro or Plus will function. When you configure the mount in AAP, you'll choose between Alt-Az and Polar (Equatorial).

hopepipe Buonasera, cosa si intende per impostare montatura ALT-AZ e Polar? In App non mi è sembrato di vedere nulla a riguardo. Nel mio caso APP si collega perfattemente con LX 200 classic, però la montatura non si muove. come mai?
