mkillmer an I somehow put the tilter onto the telescope-side of the filter wheel?
You can't do it with the ZWO products. Folks like Baader do have tilt adjusters where the grub screws are on the edge of the tilt plate, and can actually be adjusted after it has been installed.

For non-critical use, you may be able reach the ASI2600's tilt plate screws, by removing and re-mounting the ASI2600 tilt plate on the telescope side of the filter wheel -- it may not work with to get rid of Newton rings on solar Etalons, but should work with filter bandwidths like the narrowband DSO filters. I.e., your filter will be also be tilted after de-tilting the camera sensor.
Pay attention to the light leaks from ZWO's filter wheels.
