So why does tonight's best show everything.
Lots of stuff you cannot view.
Is there a setting to only show what's actually available?

Bflanagan I totally agree. I have in the past suggested that ZWO consider adding some method where we could input certain data so we could limit what is shown to something more helpful. Since our locations are already stored it would seem a fairly simple matter to add some additional criteria to only show what is viewable using that criteria. This would be a great way to make using Tonight's Best as simple as 1,2,3. :-) Al

Nope! It’s really not useful. Not only does it list things that are not visible from your location it’ll also list things that not suitable for your focal length, etc.

A work around may be to just use the new Planetarium feature to locate objects or poke around to to see what peaks your interest. I myself just use Stellarium instead.

It's been over 2 years since last post here. Why has nothing been done with this? Tonight's best still lists everything beginning with THE SUN! of all things. Really? The sun is tonight's best object?????
