ASI AIR Plus interface to a laptop

I have read about the connections, but first let me describe what I want to do. My ASI AIR Plus works great with my Amazon knot-off tablet running Android 7 I believe. The tablet does have an USB port, but I think it only is used for charging because a bought a mini 3 USB to HDMI adapter and it did not work on any tv I have (3 of them). Now to the Ethernet connection: I do a lot of organized star parties displaying the different DSOs in the sky that I took before. I would like to display the live stack function from the Plus to my laptop via Ethernet connection so that I can show my people the sky on a big screen TV by using an HDMI cable. Is this possible or am I just out of luck? I heard of Bluestacks but this is not a video gaming tablet so that is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you can chromecast from your tablet to your TV.. most TVs have it built in, or you pickup a $20 chromecast. That will mirror whatever is on your tablet to the TV.

Hi Kring, I responded to your answer, but it never posted so here is is again. I am totally ignorant of what Google Home app and what Chromecast can do for me. I looked for some information on , you guessed it, Google concerning Chromecast. There seems to be a number of different selections to pick from, but I just am confused about what I should do. It would be a great help if you could give me some instructions on what to do. Remember that I am in a remote location without any Internet connection with the exception of the ASI AIR Plus WI-FI. I am going to purchase a dongle for Chromecast and I would like to have some information on its setup and how to connect it to the ASI AIR Plus box. However, If my setup is not compatible to the system, I will not get the dongle since it is almost $50.00. My big screen is about 10 years old, but it does have three HDMI plugs.
