I started the process over a month and a half ago. I got the email that my camera had been received by you guys, but the status hasn't changed from "Your product has been signed for acceptance and is under repair". I reach out via email a week ago, but never heard a reply. I'm just wondering if there's someone I can talk to, or if someone can let me know what's going on with it?
