Without knowing anything about the mount you want to adapt to your camera or back spacing, the only thing I can think of is using an M42 to 1 1/4 adapter on the camera and, if you have access to a 3D printer, design and print an adapter that will connect the 1 1/4 adapter to your microscope adapter.
