I have taken the unit apart to see if it could be repaired. The bearing main shaft appears to have been press fit onto the shaft. The top drive gear and support bushing became loose in the assembly. Is there a drawing available that shows the gear assembly? When I get back to the observatory I will take photos. When will the EAF be available to order again?
