@tech@zwo#56500 大哥, of course I did reset the Z6II and the ASIAIR many times ! I wanted so bad this camera to work with your ASIAIR so I tried everything I could. I use Nikon DSLR for 3 years now with your ASIAIR (1st gen/PRO/PLUS). Now I use both a PRO and a PLUS that I connect to my Nikon D500 and Nikon D5600. Both cameras works flawlessly with the ASIAIR.
I know how to connect a DSLR camera to the ASIAIR and YOU know it’s not a user’s issue but a firmware issue that we are waiting you to fix for a loonnng long time !
Take a Z6II, test it with the ASIAIR and fix the lag / frozen menu issue that make this camera unusable ! (PA,Focus,Preview, in all these actions the ASIAIR add 12 second delay BEFORE stating the actual exposure ! )That’s it.
Until you fix this issue don’t advertise this camera as TESTED when you obviously have not tested it !
For Nikon users, here is a thread about the Z6 and the Z6II, you can read how ZWO works : no customers support but 2 guys wandering on the forum, “addressing” issues randomly with a “can you post the log“, “clear skies !“ , “try to reset” or “ we will consider this in the future”.
