here is the fps I tested with the test_console program without display
1280X960 5fps
640x480 30fps
you need to set the CONTROL_BANDWIDTHOVERLOAD to lowest value
like this:
setValue(CONTROL_BANDWIDTHOVERLOAD, getMin(CONTROL_BANDWIDTHOVERLOAD), false); //lowest transfer speed
