1 question: I just bought an efw Mini filter wheel, I picked it up at the optical store on June 1, 2022 who ordered it from optique unterlinden
I tested the filter wheel on my asiair pro, but as my camera is a 385 nc, I don't have a usb plug on the back of the camera
so I connected the wheel to the usb instead of the camera 120 mini to connect the wheel
I had trouble detecting the wheel on the asiair software, it was recognized then disappeared, restarting the software, it looked good, the next day by turning on again, no way to connect the wheel, not recognized, I changed the cable and same
So I tried on my PC, when I connect the usb in the socket, it does not detect it in usb 2 and in usb3 a message tells me that the driver is not recognized and that windows cannot install it
Can I do something, or do I have to send it to the SAV
