ASIAir Pro with a CEM40EC mount

Hi everybody, I tried my setup for the first time last night. Everything was going great until I tried a Polar Alignment.
The first step went fine and it had no problem with plate solving. The next step, I expected a 60 degree move in R.A.
The mount started moving, the problem is that it didn't stop, went all the way to the hard stop. I'm such a neophyte that when saw it wasn't stopping i didn't get my act together before the hard stop encounter. It didn't seem to sustain any damage but does anybody have a idea what I did wrong. Thanks for your help with this issue

I have the standard CEM40. Are you doing a GoTo {Home} position before you start the polar alignment either using the hand controller or the ASIAIR Pro setting on the telescope mount screen? The ASIAIR may not know where the mount is positioned at first.
