According to the spec performance section in https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/product/asi2600mc-pro-color, gain is scaled from 0-450. When I connect this camera to the ASIAir Pro, the gain for this camera can be selected between 0-100.
Is there a reason of this discrepancy or are these ranges in different scale? If so, what is the mapping between these 2 scales?

They are on the same scale -- 0.1 dB of pre-ADC voltage gain per unit of the scale.

So on ASIAIr limits the gain setting between 0-100 and nothing over 100 even though 2600MC can support > 100, correct?
