I have a brand new ASIair PLUS....only arrived today.
Plugged in the PSU, switched on. The PWR led comes on and the SYS led flashes 8 times, a short pause, 8 times, a short pause.....repeats over and over. It never boots up and doesn't beep or create a WIFI connection. No other lights (power lights for example) are lit.
Any idea what might be the cause? Are there some diagnostics somewhere that detail these error codes.
Dissapointed as waited for the ASIair PLUS to come back into stock.....doesn't work....and my first ZWO product!!
