Asiair with az-eq5 in Alt-az mode

Hi everyone,
I'm having a hard time trying to control a Skywatcher AZ-EQ 5 mount in Alt-AZ mode through the app. I have connected it succesfully to Asiair with a Usb cable (bypassing the hc) and plate solved, but whatever driver I choose from the app (Eqmod, Skywatcher Alt-AZ) the GoTo function doesn't work correctly. It seems that the app mistakes the mount to be in EQ mode. I even tried to set the AZ mode from the HC firstly and then connect to Asiair, but no difference.
The only way I succeded slewing the mount correctly was by connecting the asiair to the HC, selecting SynScan in the App. But with this method after a couple of GoTOs the mount crushes and stops responding (and makes a terrible continuous noise like "STOP immediately whatever you are doing!").
Is there any solution to this?

ThanosK Saw this from the bump. You can try to use the SkyWatcher Virtuoso driver as it is similar and may rotate your scope in the correct direction. But it has no tracking available if you need it. You would have to use the HC.

You can also try to connect to the HC and use the SkyWatcher SynScan Beta. I've have better luck with that one.
