Adapter for 120MC to Canon EOS lens?

Hi,

I wonder if anyone has come up with a home made adapter to connect the 120MC/MM to a Canon DSLR lens? I don't think there's a commercially made adapter for this application either. But it would be fun to try a different lens besides the one that comes with the camera.

I think there are commercially-made versions because I know people use them to connect Canon EF lenses to (for example) an Atik 314L+. This sort of thing, for instance:

The tricky part is achieving the exact back-focus required (46mm flange-to-sensor with an EF lens, I think). Well, actually the first tricky part is justifying the cost :)

I have sufficient bits to make one myself on my lathe, but I haven't got that far yet.

Hi James,

Thanks for the information and link... I agree the co$t of the adapter is a bit expensive for me. I would like to try imaging with my Canon lenses on day. Let me know if you come up with a reasonally priced and workable adapter when you get time to work with your materials.
