Hi all, i have an EFW 8 that is recognized as a 5 slots filter wheel. This happens with the Ascom drivers and also with the native Human Interface Device drivers of windows.
I tried the recalibration. Maybe a firmware reinstall/upgrade is needed but cannot find the firmware file on the website.
