zwo asi 533mc pro and native drivers

Recently, I bought zwo asi 533mc pro. I installed ASI Camera driver (native driver?), but my PC isn't connected zwo asi 533mc pro. I think it is because my pc doesn't install it well. I don't know why my pc doesn't install it well.
My pc is [dell Inspiron 5515]
processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.8 GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB
system: 64bit operation system, x64 base processor

miyamo Did you use a 12V power supply to power the camera? please ensure the power supply is connected.
If you did, please test the camera with different 12V power supply, cables, ports, and computers. then check the device manager to see if there is a new device when you connect.
