Cannot Plate solve

I have a Star Adventurer 2i (2i), ZWO 120MM (Z), ASIAIR Plus (ASI), and a Canon R5. None of it seems to want to play together. I've had this trash over a month and haven't been successful yet.

I have the ST4 cable going between the 120MM and the 2i. USB-3 between R5 and ASI. Z is connected to the other USB-3. ASI is also powering the 2i.

A setting I am not sure about is the mount setting. I have this set to On-Camera ST4. When I try to Plate Solve, I get a message the mount can't be found.

From my research, I don't think ZWO has an ASAIR Plus manual available.

I could use some help before I throw the entire setup in the river.

Can you guide and plate solve with a SA I thought it couldn't because of only an RA axis? Sorry if I'm being dumb haha
Anyway I've a different set up with an asiair pro with 72ed AzGti eq mode, zwo asi294mc pro for imaging and zwo asi 120 mcs guiding. I have a eq direct cable from the mount to AAP and usb 3 cable from guide camera to AAP.
So would have to connect your st4 cable from your 2i to the AAplus and then a USB cable from the AAplus to your guide camera. Maybe that will work
