Wow, what a BIG moon!
Your 3d Jupiter is very sharp, too.
But perhaps your last, full Moon was too bright for the camera.
CMOS sensors sometimes don't like too short exposures, and a frame (offset) becomes visible.
Try to add one (or two) neutral density filter, intended for visual observation of a too bright Moon,
or simply add an annular cardboard iris to reduce the aperture.
