despite the fact that the HEM27 Appears on the ASIAIR MENU as supported, I was unable to connect to the mount. I tried several different connection approaches, including using the ASI294 camera as a USB hub, but nothing worked. I tried connecting through the hand controller, through the camera bug, diectly to the mount USB - nothing. Please advise how to do this with detailed instructions, if possible. Thank you.
