There are three sets of screws, 120º apart.
On ZWO cameras, each set usually has one "push" screw (a grub screw), and one "pull" screw (a regular hex head screw). To increase the tilt, first loosen the pull screw slightly, then use push screw to increase the gap between the tilt plate and camera body to the amount you want, and finally finish by tightening the pull screw.
To reduce the gap -- first loosen the push screw, then tighten the pull screw.
The threads are probably 0.5mm pitch or 0.75mm pitch. You can remove one to check. That will tell you the angle to turn a screw to achive, say, a 10 µm tilt.
