Day Savings Time and AZGTI

I have a difference of one hour in my mount and the tablet with the app that controls the ASIAIR. Probably is a DST problem. Asiair recommends to turn off dst but i dont have a hand control and I couldn't find any way tu change it with the Synscan app. Any thoughts?

The device you are using eg tablet /phone should already have the correct time and this will transfer to the Asiair and mount as the correct time. There's no need to use synscan app if the asiair is controlling your mount.
Are you running in alt az mode or eq.

EQ. But the time in my tablet/phone don’t match ASIAIR mount info. It’s one hour of difference.
ASIAIR is one hour earlier.

I run mine in EQ mode with my asiair pro and the time on my phone is 1hour faster (see screenshots) its never affected

any of my sessions and I've been running it since last November. I wouldn't worry.
The app shows it in UCT which is one hour behind GMT. So no problem.

ok this is my print screen. I am in Italy. UTC is +2 but you can see +1 on the mount

Hmm, sorry I should of asked your location.
I did find this article about time differences with asiair and mounts and says to turn on your mount before the asiair if possible, not possible with mine as the asiair powers my mount.

I tried. I turn on my mount first. Same thing. It seems Asiair take the info from the Longitude input, not from your date/time device. A word from zwo would be useful.. Thanks

Sorry I can't be much more help with you, does the sync to mount option on the mount home screen do anything to help you and have you got the asiair app location setting enabled on your tablet/phone.
Alternatively go to stargazerslounge.com and ask on the in the getting started with equipment section, you'll get more help there.
