I use the SkyWatcher Synscan USB adapters for my mounts, and these work well with the ASI Air (Selecting EQMod mount and Baud 9600). No problems for months.
I recently bought a new Synscan adapter and didn't realise they have updated the hardware. The ASI Air no longer can see it.
I have attached screen shots of the Hardware ID for the old and new USB adapters if this help. COM3 is the New and COM4 is the Old which works on the ASI Air.
I tested the new adapter on a PC and that works fine just like the old one so the unit is not faulty. Perhaps this can be resolved in the next firmware update?
