This is a continuation of the "Early Adopters with questions thread" to break down the topics.
bobequus I'm having some problems with the wireless app on my Android. Seems to drop every so often. Sometimes it will re-connect by itself, but usually I have to reset the WiFi.
How far away the phone is from the device? do you have other devices to test? I tested with two phones, one current android and the other with an older (V9?) Android version. The older version worked better than the new, but I still would get dropouts although they were less frequent and a re-connect was faster. Phones were never further than five feet from the mount/handset and in most cases just inches away during tests.
I ran a test yesterday. Using the older phone with the ASI app, I connected to the mount and then shot a video of the app to see the amount of dropouts and their frequency.

As you can see it is very random but frequent. The phone was within 5 feet of the controller/mount the entire time. I have checked the WiFi of the phone several times and it appears that it is connected during these outages. I can post the video, but I see no purpose in that. All you will see is "Disconnected" or "Connected" in the app.
