glancey3 discrepancy in the RA coordinate
Rounding error when ZWO converts between decimal degrees and the degree/minutes/seconds format. It can happen when ASAIR pushes an RA value to your mount, or it can happen when ASIAIR reads the value from the mount, or it can happen when ZWO displays an internal value to the GUI.
You often also see this one-second discrepancy in Longitude and Latitude values.
FWIW, 1 arc second is typically smaller than one pixel on your plate. I am OCD (retired engineer, ha ha), and even I don't expect to measure to that precision using plate solves.
