PA Plate solve works in home but always fails after 60 degree rotation

I was attempting to setup my new AM5 with my RedCat51 telescope. I have a AA+ and I am using a Optolong L-eXtreme Dual-band Filter - 2-inch filter in line on my RedCat. My main camera is an ASI533MC. I was using anywhere between 2 sec exposures up to 6 sec exposures for doing my PA. The camera has been focused and stars are sharp and round. I home the mount and start the PA procedure. It actually solves quite quick. Guides me through and I was off by 1.5 degrees. Not bad for a start. The software then slews the mount 60 degrees to the left. I have it in auto refresh. After the slew it never plate solves and just continuously fails. I did this same procedure about 5 times last night with no success what so ever. Was thinking tonight of trying it again but this time take out the filter and see if that makes a difference. Seeing was not stellar last night but I've used my AA+ very successfully on my other telescope and it lined up in a snap. Was curious if others might have some suggestions.

My suggestion. Remove the L-extreme filter for PA.

I second that suggestion. I frequently have issues on the solve after the 60 degree rotation that are instantly OK once I remove the eXtreme filter.

Yep. That is what I was thinking too. I ordered a ZWO filter drawer as most of the time, with this setup, I will probably be using a color camera not a B&W with a filter wheel. That being said some filters like the Optolong would be nice to use. With a drawer it is just easier to swap in/out a filter without the need to open up the telescope, which you have to do with a RedCat. Thanks. I will post back what I find tonight or next time things are clear.
