ASI2600MM Temperature Sensor Stuck at 0 deg C in NINA

I just installed my 2600MM onto a new telescope using NINA to control everything. I'm using the latest ZWO native driver to connect to the camera and the latest nightly build of NINA. The camera connects fine and takes images. However, the temperature of the sensor is stuck at 0 deg C. The heater on the sensor powers up to 100% in NINA. Whether it is actually heating I do not know.

When I switch the 2600MM with a 183MC (same cables), the temperature of the 183MC operates properly. When I switch back and forth between the two cameras, the problem consistently occurs with the 2600MM and not the 183MC. What could be causing the temperature to "stick" at 0 deg C on the 2400MM? Thanks!

SteveZ I found a couple of Cloudy Nights posts about both the 1600 and the 2600 giving nothing but 0 deg C readings. I followed the suggested solution to dissect the camera to access a small ribbon cable that evidently has lost its connection to the board. I jiggled the cable, reassembled, and it now works. While I'm obviously happy about that, I am concerned that the problem might recur later. Fingers crossed! In the meantime if there are suggestions for how to prevent this, please share. I've treated this camera with care, stored it covered, avoided high temperatures. It was working fine about a month ago when I last used it.
