I know it’s just something that I’m not doing, but please indulge me.
When using the experimental PA feature on ASIAIR, there is obviously a communication problem between the mount (EQ6R PRO) and ASIAIR. I am using the latest beta, just got it last week. After doing the PA, using a non polar region, and being successfully aligned, doing a go to will result in bad behavior. To cure this I have to shut down ASIAIR, power off the mount, put it in the home position manually, then give the go to after booting again.
Not as important, but still of concern, is doing a go to of anything really bright, like the moon or Jupiter. The ASIAIR will never say it is centered. I have to stop it, and center myself, using the controls.
Please tell me if there is another way that is easier.
