I had EAF issues for a while and finally got that working after a firmware update. However, since then, my EFW has failed to connect. I've tried absolutely everything from unplugging everything and powering one thing on at a time, starting with the filter wheel, to plugging into different USB ports (both from my ASI1600mm-cool and my ASI Air, to buying new cables, to just tonight trying a brand new ASI Air Pro. I'm STILL having the exact same issue. Is my filter wheel dead?? I did absolutely nothing to it but, after the firmware update on the focuser, it's no longer recognized. I've lost so many clear nights to this issue. Please help!
