Moving data from eMMC to Trash

I routinely connect the AA+ to an iMac using a USB cable to transfer images. After transferring the image files, I use the "Trash" icon on the AA+ app to clear the old data from the eMMC. This morning, I had just transferred some images from the AA+ to iMac and I was working with other files when I accidentally copied a few files from my iMac to the AA+ eMMC. I deleted the errant files using Finder on the iMac, but when I later used the Trash icon on the AA+ app to clear all the image files from eMMC, the storage display still showed that there was some of "blue" space in use, even though I can't see any files using Finder from the iMac. Is there anyway to reset the eMMC so that there is no data on it and the storage display is accurate? Thanks!

You might have deleted the files, but forgot to expunge it. Reconnect the ASIAIR's Samba server to the Mac. See if the files are still in the trash folder (the trash can in macOS is a folder named ".Trash" in your user folder).

If the files are still in the trash, just clear the trash to expunge it.

If all else fails, use the Files Manager in ASIAIR and see if you can use the icon that looks like a paint brush (next to the eject button) of the drive -- make sure you don't have any useful image files before trying that. With ASIAIR v2.0.0, check first to make sure that the folder of Dark Frames for auto-guiding is not in there (otherwise you will need to re-generate them).

Thanks, that fixed it! The next time I had the AA+ connected to the iMac, I emptied the trash on the iMac and the next time I hit the "Trash" icon on the AA+, all the files were deleted.
